The heating control was a problem but the staff were amazing. They were so helpful when I asked for another blanket, made sure my room was set just right.

I had a lovely experience during my three-night stay. The kitchenette in the room was a fantastic perk, as it allowed me to prepare snacks and quick meals, enhancing the convenience of my visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Paddington Station and surrounded by delightful restaurants and cafes. I did find that the carpet in the room could use some updating.
